For instance, because we receive hundreds of abuse reports each year, it is possible that other people might file reports on the same practitioner or facility. CCHR can use such data to show a pattern of abuse.

My litigation is ongoing. I won an appeal in the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals last summer, Case No. 07-4474 and 07-4475; then I withdrew in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania(05-2288 and 06-4650) until my evidence and property is more secure. I also was without a computer/internet for more than a year.

I did win a settlement against Copy Max and another against a family member.

I have just filed to join the Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance lawsuit as well as my own. I do all of my own litigation as a pro se litigant. In August I also filed a complaint with the Citizens Commission on Human Rights for Psychiatric Abuses.
